“Once again folks, Sara Love is a miracle worker. I just finished the process of getting a BBL treatment with a follow up lightening peel - 6 weeks later and even Sara was blown away by the results. “10/6/2022I got hit pretty hard with Covid and struggled with my energy level and have been very dehydrated. I opted for the Covid Cosmo (now known as the Essential Cold Care) and the extra 500 ML saline solution ($25). I was surprised that it included: Vitamin C, B-12, B-complex, Magnesium, Zinc, Lysine, Biotin, Glutathione, Selenium & NAD+ and vitamin D. The price was only $200.After a gastric bypass in 2001 left me chronically dehydrated and unable to absorb vitamins/nutrients, leaving me with both nutritional and vitamin deficiencies. “I just want to say that two of the one star reviews are for Renown in general (hospital, etc) That is unfair because Renown Health Premier Care is a separate entity. Although affiliated with Renown..it is a small group of doctors. You pay extra (by choice) to have easier access to your doctor, shorter wait times, more individual attention, etc. The people who wrote negative reviews should have checked their facts before reviewing this office, and put their review on the correct site.“

“I had a Cat Scan on my neck today. My tech was Eric. What a Doll. So Funny, Sweet and Professional. I was nervous and chattered away and he totally put me at ease. My scan came out normal hallelujah. I highly recommend Renown imaging and labs. Lynette was my check in Rep. What a Super Nice Gal. Talk about feeling Cared for from beginning to end. Thanks Again.“

“Very poor communication I schedule an appointment and they ended up canceling on me so we switched it to Thursday and I called and said I was running late and they ended up saying I did not have an appointment scheduled when they have rescheduled me for Thursday at 2:45 I drove from Truckee to the appointment ... The front Desk lady only said that she can only reschedule me when I lost half of day of work“

“I started at Reno Regenerative Medicine in December, 2024. From the first day, the staff showed compassion and made me feel heard. I have had neuropathy of both feet for approximately 4 years and had a lot of toe pain and numbness. I was losing all sensation on the bottom of my feet as well. After 4 months of treatments I am pleased to say that I now have full sensation on the bottom of my feet. About 80% of the time, the pain and numbness in my toes is better. I’m told that the nerves can continue to regenerate for another year or more, relieving even more of the neuropathy.
