Very poor communication I schedule an appointment and they ended up canceling on me so we switched it to Thursday and I called and said I was running late and they ended up saying I did not have an appointment scheduled when they have rescheduled me for Thursday at 2:45 I drove from Truckee to the appointment ... The front Desk lady only said that she can only reschedule me when I lost half of day of work

I had my first appt at Renovation Spa today and what an amazing experience! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and made me feel welcomed. My appointment was with Leah and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to get to know me, asked me questions about my concerns, and was very pleasant and engaging... a total gem. I’m so happy I found this place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again?

I have been going here for years and have always had a great experience and results. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Renovation Spa. Kerry, my aesthetician is professional and rarely keeps me waiting more than a few minutes. Love her!
