I called as a provider to discuss a patient that I was referring. The first time I left a voicemail and requested a return call to speak to their provider. The second time I spoke with a very rude receptionist. I requested that their provider call me to discuss the patient. The receptionist rudely stated the their provider would need to call on her own time. I have never heard back.
I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism.

Very poor communication I schedule an appointment and they ended up canceling on me so we switched it to Thursday and I called and said I was running late and they ended up saying I did not have an appointment scheduled when they have rescheduled me for Thursday at 2:45 I drove from Truckee to the appointment ... The front Desk lady only said that she can only reschedule me when I lost half of day of work

I loooove getting my facials at Dr. Virden's Medical Spa. I always leave feeling and looking refreshed. My skin has improved since going regularly :)
