We had a complicated water filtration system that we wanted to replace with a water softener. Pure came out and assessed the job on a tuesday and their plumber came on thursday and installed the new system. Jose was great and he removed the old system and routed the piping on a much more aesthetic way than we had before. It was a tough job because the drain was in the house but the softener was in the garage and space was very confined. But jose went over the plan with me first and pulled it off perfectly. We couldn't be happier.
