What a great experience with Kawika at Pure Water Systems of NV! We're New to the area and have never had a water softener before. I got a couple of quotes, but it was pretty clear that this was the company we wanted to go with. Kavika was so thorough explaining everything, testing our water, and sharing the various options. And coming back after a couple of weeks to check in and test our water to make sure everything was working properly, and re-explaining maintenance.
