“We had major pool problems. Leaks in pipes under the steps; leaks in and around the handholds; leaks in the waterfalls; leaks everywhere. It was a major problem and a big job. LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. And for me, the best thing about working with them is they did not nickel and dime you to death. They honored their proposal and did everything they said they would do.“

“We brought our home renovations to LV Remodel after receiving a referral. Despite the amount of work requested, the actual job only took a little over four weeks.
Work that was done –
Kitchen – new island countertop, backsplash, hung a light over island
Bathroom – new shower and tub, new backlit mirror, new sink faucets
We were very happy and impressed by their professionalism, good communication, attention to detail, and quick follow up and resolution to any issues or changes.
You pay a premium for their services, but they do deliver.
We had half a dozen meetings with Brett the owner (the first couple by phone), before we signed the contract. He was always punctual and well prepared. He explained everything in detail about their whole process, and put everything in writing, so we knew exactly what to expect. We were never pressured to do more than we wanted.
All planned activities were discussed ahead of time, scheduled, and on a shared calendar on the app Buildertrend. Their work was scheduled M-F between 8-5, which they stuck to most of the time.
Chris Gordy, our Project Manager, did a pre-job walk through, and then came over frequently and kept in touch with us by phone or text several times a week. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and pleasant to work with.
At job start, they covered the floors with cardboard and hung plastic to seal off the main work areas, so the floors were well protected and other rooms didn’t get too dirty. All the workers were skilled, competent and respectful. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves every day.
Upon job completion, they disposed of all the cardboard, plastic and trash that accumulated and had professional cleaners come to thoroughly clean the areas where they worked.
A 3-ring project binder was kept on-site with all the job details, which everyone had access to in case there was a question.
We were very happy with the workers who did prep, dumpster delivery and pickup, demo, materials delivery, electric work, plumbing, drywall work, paint, tile work, stonework, glass fabrication for shower, and cleaning.
We were very pleased with exceptional work done by Brett, Chris, Melissa, Rob, Arturo, David, Jaime and Maria, Jarod, Tony, Kaleo, Rocky.

We love our kitchen and master bathroom renovations from LV Remodel, and would definitely recommend them.“

“My partner and I attended a home show event here in Las Vegas. At that time, we met and talked with CabinetCraft about their product. We scheduled a meeting with them to come and give us an estimate. Once we heard the presentation, we decided to proceed with the cabinet refacing. Randy, who is the owner of the company, made this presentation. Once the work was performed and the dust had settled from the project, we could have not been happier. The craftsman ship, the diligence of the installer's work, the wonderful attention to detail are all hallmarks of the wonderful job that they performed. Would we do it again? Most definitely. “My master bathroom was remodeled. Everyone was professional, well-mannered and friendly. It’s a great work crew. I was impressed by their professionalism - Isaac, Valentin, the plumber, painter, tile installer, electrician, etc. Overall, we had a really good experience. It took 3 weeks to be completed, but would’ve been done at the 2.5 week mark if it wasn’t for the tub faucet I purchased which didn’t fit the tub properly. I will definitely recommend the entire crew. They were also always on time every morning at 7:00am. The pricing is reasonable.“

“Steve and his team from Strictly Iron did a awesome job on my 14ft wide RV gate. I had gotten other estimates and after the free estimate and meeting Steve, whom is the owner, I knew that this was the company I'm going to hire and spend my money with. I had an idea on what I wanted to, but took the recommendations from Steve and needless to say, being the expert he was absolutely right. Gate always looks like new and I'm glad I went with the powder coated finish as was recommended by Strictly Iron.

Throughout the construction process, we worked with Mario, who oversaw all of the subcontractors hired to build our dream pool and backyard. California Pools finished our pool on time and within our budget. When the construction was completed, California Pools sent out Steve to help us understand how to control our swimming pool to ensure it was performing at its best. Steve even makes himself available to answer any questions we have about the pool.

All of the workers involved in the construction of our pool were professional, on time, and did a great job. We cannot thank them enough for helping us see our dream backyard come to life. “We were referred to J&J by Quick Dry Restoration after a gasket broke in our master tub drain and flooded underneath the tiles. While the process did take a while from start to finish (approximately 3 months), it was a pleasure to work with them and have them in our home. We had Felipe as the project manager and his team (Gilberto, Alex, Adrian, Francisco) was great! They did everything that I asked for and helped me bring my vision to life. Now we have a beautiful master bathroom that is WATERPROOF and we don’t have to worry about leaks or mold or anything like that especially with our two boys splashing everywhere. I would 10/10 hire them again. They were all so kind and patient with changes I made as well.“

“LV Home Service restored our kitchen which was water damaged. This contractor is top notch from Administration to clean up. Masha handles all Insurance details in amazing fashion. Moe (owner) supervised the job, ensuring all details were attended to in a timely manner. Many different in -house -employees were utilized to build cabinets from scratch, lay a new flood, paint, construct a new island, attend to electrical and plumbing issues, and other details. “Finding a good GC was tough, we received several quotes (one was even arrested this year for ripping off his clients) to remodel our bathrooms, and prices were all over the place. We ended up selecting Design Zone, it first started with a visit from Vitaly, he provided a reasonable quote, it was also a big plus that he was from NYC (like me). One thing that I appreciated was that they gave some design suggestions for our master bath which ended up looking great. As were deciding who to move forward we appreciated that they were not constantly calling us to try to close the deal, they knew it was a big decision and provided the courtesy to give us space. When it came to job, it started in the end of September, I want to highlight that their project manager Luis Romero was amazing to deal with, he was available, and provided great updates. Want to also highlight that there were no surprise "we need to show you something" and charge us for something that we might not have needed, basically we paid what we were quoted (with the exception of getting some additional electrical work). Everything went great, it did take longer than expected, but you can't rush quality“
