My friend referred me to this place. I went for the bioidentical hormones. Sherry ordered some blood work for me before my appointment. Then we discussed the options of pellets or a dermal cream. The dermal cream was less expensive and she said it's just as good, but I just have to remember to apply it once a day. I've been on the hormones for a month and I feel a little better already! We'll see how month two goes. The interior is clean and calming. They offer a wide variety of services here. Check their website for more information. James and his crew are professional and efficient; my concrete apron and sidewalk are beautiful - smooth, with expansion joints in all of the right places. James was very responsive to my questions, as there was a 4 month wait (good folks are kept busy!). The crew was considerate regarding my property, keeping the mess to a minimum. Jay’s work is incredible! I was passing through Pahrump after 6 weeks of overlanding through deserts, mountains, snow storms, sand storms, and just about everything else. Linked up with Jay and when he finished detailing the jeep, it looked even better than the day I picked it up from the dealership!
But it’s not only his hard-work that makes More Than Just A Wash so great. He’s honest, upfront, and really cares about his clients. For example, I was originally scheduled for a detail and he reached out to tell me it was going to rain later that day, so we should move the appointment — this way I don’t get the jeep all clean just for it to rain a few hours later. Honestly, can’t recommend him enough!

Taylor did a fantastic job on my hair, she cut it exactly how I wanted when nowhere else ive ever gone could get it exactly how I envisioned. Everyone was so sweet and the energy is just very friendly and nice it feels like a place I can just exist calmly in and relax in which in my opinion makes all the difference.

Super Salon! A little hard to find but very worth it. I went for a color and haircut. My stylist Kayla will be the only person who does my hair from now on. There is something to be said about a small salon for sure. I felt like the stylists here really listen to what the client wants. As I said, I'll be staying with Kayla at Sirens. This is my new go-to spot!

I gave it 5 stars because of the entertainment. The owners, which are a husband and wife team were so funny!!! They definitely made my day.The downside, the pedicure my friend and I got was pretty expensive for what they did.
I highly recommend for permanent eyeliner! She did a wonderful job on me I love it! She's very personable too easy to relax and let her do what she does! Always checking on you for level of pain/comfort and will rest if you need it and ice up. I have been back for touch up and will come back again all the way from California!

Oh, What a blessed trip it’s been ! We visited from the midwest to decide if Pahrump would be our next home town. As we searched for land and a possible home, we were blessed to find AVCO builders. On a late Saturday afternoon, we called AVCO to leave a message but were pleasantly surprised when Maddix answered the phone and invited us to the office to discuss possible plans to move and build a home in Pahrump. We are still amazed that on a late Saturday afternoon a builder was willing to meet with us, and on top of this, we talked a very long time! Our stay was nearing its end, and Maddix went above and beyond anyone’s expectations, taking the time to meet with us in person. He kept in close contact with us throughout the sale of our midwest home, and our move to Pahrump. Maddix was with us throughout the entire home building process! Scott, the owner of AVCO builders provides unparalleled quality, support and service to the home owner. From finding land, which is important due to soil conditions, to ensuring sub-contractors are onsite working; simply put, it’s a well machined process. Maddix and Scott answered every question without hesitation. Both Maddix and Scott are sticklers regarding attention to detail. We never experienced an issue with workmanship, and when inspections were conducted, our home passed with flying colors! We were very impressed with the building process and we were a part of each phase, as our house became a home. AVCO made us feel welcomed throughout the entire process, they made us feel like we were a part of the AVCO family, and… we still feel that way. All the sub contractors are friendly and professional! We appreciate the dedication and attention to detail! It is a beautiful well built home! Love this place. I really really hate houng to the dentist but had a emergency broken tooth and due to covid no one except frontier would see me.Made a appointment and went in. I was very pleased with the staff and doctor. They were nice friendly and took care to not cause anymore pain or discomfort than needed. I ended up needing a root canal snd it wad not bad pain wise.I actually do not dread going to the dentist anymore and i now will be going back for regular checkups and such.

The place in Pahrump for free or a small donation that cuts dog and cat nails on a walk in basis Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. A shampoo and brush out is only $25 for small and medium dogs. They are growing so fast, the business. I'll continue to be a customer for this wonderful place!

The girls in the shop are nice. I was able to walk in to get my pups glands and nails done. It’s affordable and the place was spacious. I made an appointment for my sister’s dog to be groomed. The drop off time for grooming is between 9-9:30. You can walk in for nail and glands between 10-1. You will need cash, they don’t take cards which is typical for groomers is this town.
ive been going to this place for a couple of months now and my dog has gotten groomed about 4 times and i LOVE it. no complaints at all the lady that cuts my dog Rico's hair is always so nice and appointments are either the next day or the day after!! definitely recommend!
