Fantastic group of people! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took the time to answer all of my twenty questions, lol! Check in staff were Beautiful and offered a quick check in. Eye exam was painless, pleasant experience. The delivery of my glasses was early, I love the text app. I did not have a wait at pick up and my glasses are just what the Doctor ordered. I stayed in budget Bill, Thank you!
Their service was amazing! I had no sooner started to show my broken nose piece on my glasses to a lady at the counter and a technician came up and immediately took my glasses and repaired them at no charge. I was so surprised at the amazing service that I unfortunately walked away without his name. 5 star service that is for sure!
I had a pair of glasses that required a minor repair. The fiber that holds one of the lenses in had broken. I took them to the Walmart in pahrump. a technician made the repair while I shopped and refused any payment. Great service...great job !!!
