She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and always knows exactly how to work out the tension while still creating a deeply relaxing experience. I recently had a first therapy massage with Chris Leal. Not only was this a last minute appointment I made for the same late afternoon but it was amazing. I didn’t want it to end! I am not a “massage” person and had very painful sciatica I was hoping would be eased with Chris’ help. He not only gave me a wonderful full body massage but prior to he explained the human nerve system using charts and how the sciatic nerve can get pinched. After the session he gave me three simple exercise to do at home to help alleviate the pain and pinched nerve. They have greatly helped. I recommend Chris for all your massage needs not only for his expertise and professionalism but also his knowledge of the human body systems.
