Started with Jill in the office. She was very attentive and informative. Booked repairman. Manny showed up right on time. Inspected the complaint that we were smelling propane leaking. He inspected the lines using both soapy water and a gas meter. Was able to find small leak in a hose. He replaced hoses and valve with upgraded equipment. Tested for leaks, and found none.
All work and parts were billed at a very reasonable price especially coming out on a Sunday. Highly recommend
Called RV Doctor because of an issue with my breaker box. Jill, the office manager, was wonderful. She even walked me through a few things to save a service call if it was unnecessary. Manny came out (on a SUNDAY), because my husband has emphysema and cannot breathe well without AC. Manny took the time to explain my issues, and even refused to replace a part that was not needed. The bill was super reasonable. They even called that evening to make sure everything was good. I have never found a company that was so honest and compassionate.
