This company is amazing! I had an urgent issue with my water heater malfunctioning and received service immediately. Albert walked me through the steps to successfully reset the heater. I reached out to this company for a second opinion after a different company said I would have to wait several days for a part. I highly recommend contacting this company!
Very professional, easy going to deal with. First time they came it was in and out for my toilet and then a leak under the kitchen sink repaired under 10 minutes and best part he was in my area and asked if he could pop by instead of our appointment date. Definitely my go to plumbing company. I have old republic warranty and was glad they dispatched this company.
I just had a bathroom shower issued repaired by Second Opinion Plumbing and it was just the most caring, informative repair that we've had in a long while here in Nevada. The repairman was on time, he was courteous and clean about his work and he respected our space. Meaning, he didn't just lay his tools on our floor or other furniture without first covering them with a cloth. I appreciate that...a lot. He came took care of our issue and it didn't take all day.
