I Contacted this company after I got a notification from the water district that I had a continuous flow. I could not determine the source, but I knew I was leaking somewhere really bad as my meter was spinning like crazy. Rory was out at my house in less than 2 hours on a Sunday! He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a few hours. I've had plumbers at my house that would've charged double what he charged. Thanks again, Rory I will pass the word about you and your amazing company.
Mark was professional! Introduced himself, he had boot covers ready,. He explained the problem to me in detail and showed me what needed to get replaced. He returned from a supply run and completed the job within 20min! I recommend plumbing innovations and especially Mark for a job well done!
