WC Health Clinic is highly recommended for psychiatric and mental health care. Dr. Popov is described as the best doctor, working with patients for years to help with conditions like MDD, PTSD, and Anxiety. Patients feel he listens to understand and provides genuine concern, offering professional advice and solutions beyond just prescribing pills. The staff, including Susie, Susy, Nicole, and Lauren P., are consistently praised as amazing, supportive, genuine, and caring. They go above and beyond to make patients feel safe, understood, and like family. Many have completed TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment here, which has changed lives in the best way. The clinic is described as a great place where every single staff member makes everyone feel welcome and not discouraged. While positive experiences are shared, some people are seeking information on whether the clinic is outpatient only or offers inpatient care. Overall, WC Health Clinic is considered the best team, with kind professionals who truly care.
I have been with Wellcare since 2017,went through a few psychs,but in 2020 I had the greatest privilege of being assigned to Dr.Povov.This man is truly awesome psych,but human being also.Thanks to him ,I have slowly stopped using meth on a daily basis,my mental issues have been addressed accordingly.Because you don't just take a pill and it goes away,you have to work to keep yourself healthy,anyway....Dr.Povov your the best,and ty for being in my corner no matter what!!
I went to WC Health Clinic to treat my depression. I was offered and accepted TMS treatment. After 35 days of treatment, my personal opinion is that it was a huge success. I tried anti depressants but i did not like the side effects that came with them. After having the TMS treatment, which is painless, i felt happier, i feel like smiling all the time. I no longer feel depressed and i feel more optimistic. Dr. Popov is amazing and the technicians who assisted in the process were also very good.
I am incredibly grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Petrie and the team at Alliance Mental Health/WC Health Clinic. From psychiatric care to TMS treatment, I have consistently been treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for my well-being.
The TMS staff went above and beyond to make treatment manageable and were very accommodating when scheduling became more difficult. Their encouragement and flexibility helped me stay consistent with treatment, and I always felt they truly wanted to see me do well.
