My mother actually referred me here after problems with coverage when my pcp left the office I was going too.
Everyone here so far has been lovely to deal with, both my new pcp and the womens health there. They have been so helpful and understanding, and the office is comfortable. I really like that they have a good app. I can see test results, message my doctor, request prescription, and I feel stuff gets through better than calling on the phone. I can't tell you how many times in the past with other doctors that I would call, leave a message with a person or voice mail, and hear nothing back. I haven't had that experience here. i have been calling for two months to simply set up an appointment. i have not even gotten a call back. i’m not even a new patient. i just want a check up. so unprofessional and lazy.

I didn’t have a valid way back from my appointment I’m in my third trimester and do not want to be stranded…they Tell you the wrong information i tried to reschedule a appointment was told i can’t until may i had to decline that I’m due any day in may like….after that phone call i still waste money to try to make it to my appointment just for them to tell me they can’t see me because i am 10 minutes late mind you i came all the way across Las Vegas and says i have to wait 2 hours I’m not doing that and it’s only 5 people here just so they can reschedule me for next week (i thought it wasn’t anything until may) as i was leaving another lady different...read full review
