I was referred here by my insurance. I have attempted to make an appointment four times and sit on hold for hours. So, while on hold after 18 minutes, I decided to read the reviews. Thank you all that shared your experiences.
I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my medical health. Time to hang up on this facility!

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff named Yessenia. I was only a minute late to 15 mins grace period of my appointment, and instead of trying to accommodate me, I was immediately told I needed to reschedule almost a month out. The frustrating part is that patients are often left waiting 30–45 minutes in the exam room for the doctor, yet there was no flexibility for being one minute late.
