First time here. Saw my insurance (VSP) worked well with Visionworks so I thought I would get my annual eye exam here. Located right on rainbow, off the 215-west freeway, across from the Arroyo Parkway shopping center. Once you open the doors, you're in the store front. Lots of glasses to choose from and staff within earshot. Check-in to see the optometrist is located towards the back. The nurse that helped me was friendly and happy to answer any questions or direct me to the right person to help answer them. My wife and I went in today and the associate was an absolute pleasure not only to work with but to just have a conversation with. My wife generally gets exams and things every year but I’m more of the it’s been 8 yrs and I feel fine?but just the overall vibe made me want to have an exam. Will definitely be back. Great customer service ,really friendly made me very comfortable, eye exam went quick an doctor was extremely detailed , informative, answered all my questions with ease ,front desk an sales team were effectively well helpful as well all questions were anwered , wait time was under 2 hours , got a really good deal on both glasses an contact lenses an they gave me a free pair . They did great , just wish they had a larger selection of glasses.
