I visited his office to update my contact lens prescription. He was very detail-oriented and was on a mission to ensure he found the best contact lens brand and prescription for my eyes.
He special ordered trials for me and had me come back at no additional cost. The lenses I tried before this would've been fine, but vision and comfort was slightly better with the pair he ordered.
