Last time I checked a ULTRASOUND TECH IS NOT A RADIOLOGIST !!!!!!!! went there recently and the tech girl is telling me everything she is seeing on the screen !!! She scared me to death !!!!! Blond girl with ponytail. Thanks a lot B ! So to anyone who gets her, be prepared for her to scare you to death.!!!! Sw medical retrain her to not put her 2 cents in where it doesn't belong !!!! Luckily all my stuff turned out benign.
Today I went down to do an infusion at the treatment center in this facility and was delighted and made at most comfort like home, for my visit. Kelly & Nicole are wonderful nurses and are great with bed side manner ! Thanks Ladies ?
We went there because my 8 month old baby had a fever and we couldn't get it down. The doctor was nice and attentive. My child was crying hysterically, and we could not calm her down. He suggested we do a test for the flu and covid, we agreed. He also insisted on an Xray, and we felt like he was milking us for money and said no (Trust your instinct) but flu test is pretty standard. We were not told how much the test will be or where they will be sending it for testing. I have had those test done before when having a cold and it is usually covered by insurance and i have not received a bill. They called me in few days to tell me the tests were negative. A MONTH LATER, i received a bill for $1018.22 for the FLU AND COVID TEST . Apperatly our insurance doesn't work with Quest Diagnostics but i was never told where the test was going and i believe the clinic should check where they can send a test that will be covered by my insurance or inform me this will be out of network. This is just UNETHICAL , i understand the healthcare system is not great but we are all humans. Provider`s name was JOHN CARAWAY.
