The way they handle my mom’s medical is astounding. I love it. I love that everything is on the portal and I can reach numerous specialist and different imaging just using Southwest. They’re really good.

Was seen in urgent care on a wed night at 2am. There was no one there but me and a bunch of staff which made me feel GREAT bc I was in there for my heart and very scared. Had great nurses and dr and so helpful
