It’s great doctors & staff. Dr Shumail Butt is a great Oncologist.
They hire students freshly out of Nursing School. Claressesa ‘new’ covering for Olga who was dealing with my infusion and went for lunch, was late to attend to the beeping during my infusion. It beeped for a while so much so I had to call her when she meekly said she’s coming. I should not have to call for her. When I told Olga who was excellent she said Clarissa told her she was giving a Chemo injection and could not discontinue. She needs to time herself better. The nicest group of people. From front desk to the doctor Faylona. The nurses that do the chemotherapy treatments are all so supportive and kind.
Well I’m adding to my review as I just got off the phone with Laura to get Rx refilled and she said doctor has 72 hours to refill. Then she rushed me off the phone. I’ll see doctor tomorrow and request refill.

Here we go again. Called Friday and Monday to schedule appointment for bloodwork and chemo. I called again today the 29th of April and again leave a message, which won’t be returned 😩
Gail is a major asset to this location. The team is very comforting and genuine. Dr. J and Dr. Salamat are very compassionate doctors. Very thorough. Not in an hurry to leave. Both answered all of my questions and any questions from my support team.
