Stacy and Tasha did an amazing job for us!!We got their name from a friend of a friend and we feel very blessed. We started this process prior to closing on the home and we lived in another state, so I was very nervous! We have personally remodeled several homes so I was also concerned with their work as I feel like owners care more than workers. That was not the case! Their time line was right on target and their contractors were polite, and timely. Some of them worked weekends even. We were staying down the street @ a family members' house, so we were able to stop by everyday and no contractor seemed to mind this. We had a budget, but could shop for what we may have wanted to upgrade such as our light fixtures. We ordered our own appliances in the kitchen. For reference we purchased a 1380 sq ft home in Del Webb and everything besides the shower in the 2nd bathroom was replaced so it was from ground up in my opinion. Stacy remodeled our master bath and a portion of our master bedroom. She did an outstanding job managing the various high quality subs she has used over the years so we did not have to worry. Everyone was very respectful of our house and our privacy. We were so pleased with Ranieri Construction that we also had Stacy re-do our bar area. We would highly recommend Ranieri and would certainly use them again, worry free. And we all know what a pain and risk remodeling can be so we don't take this lightly.

From the bid process to the finish of the remodeling Ranieri Construction was on top of the projects. Stacey helped us decide what materials we wanted and furnished a detailed written quote. Stacey told us up front what to expect. Since we were remodeling both bathrooms they had to be done one at a time. Ranieri's start to finish time estimate was accurate.I especially liked the fact Stacey came by the job to check on each step of the work progress before the next phase began. I would definitely use Ranieri Const. again and recommend them to others.
