Reviews
Yelp hid my review so I'm posting it here too.
I only write reviews when things are extra ordinary - good or bad. Teresa's Cleaning Service in Las Vegas came as a referral from a good friend when we were preparing to move. I needed somebody to clean the house we were moving into, an FHA Foreclosure we'd purchased, and the house we were moving out of - a rental we'd been in for 3 years. I called on a Tuesday and the call went to a voicemail. Jackie, the owner, quickly called me back and said she could have people to clean on Thursday, two days later. She was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Her crew arrived as promised - in fact they were a few minutes earlier than they said (I was a few minutes late getting there and they waited for me) and immediately went to work. They brought everything they needed and when they left, everything was done, as near to perfection as I could have hoped for. When it was time to clean the house we moved out of, again, they were on time and did an amazing job. On our walk-through the landlord said the house was move-in ready and gave us our full deposit back. So, my experience, GREAT in every way. The girls were friendly, worked very hard, and did a thorough job. One other quick note. The house we moved out of took longer to clean than we anticipated, and, it was a Friday afternoon. They finished it without complaint, even though it took them more than an hour longer than they expected it would, with no short cuts!
Ms Jackie's girls came to clean for me today and totally exceeded my expectations!! They did an amazing job. When I was told they might not be able to finish in the allotted time I was worried but I truly cannot tell you what they did not do!! I'm sure they can tell you what didn't get done but I can't. They did a great job today!! I did not go in before they left because I got called to work but did after and it looks amazing!! My husband was so surprised!!
