Better customer service and some compassion. I had to cancel a few times due to severe covid and I apologized. agreed to pay a Deposit and pay extra. I had been there before and liked her work. I paid her extra first time I went because she is a hard worker and got such a great deal. But after she agreed to let me come with a Deposit she ignored my attempts to book and was a total jerk to me. cannot reasonably deal with her she doesn't take accept an apology and has zero compassion. I should have went in anyways and gave her Covid maybe she would have liked that better. Than she would have missed weeks of income
I stumbled upon this salon online and Yolanda made me an appointment for my hair color touch up. She did a beautiful job! Her prices are very affordable, and she's very sweet. Everyone that worked there was very nice. for sure will be back! I'm really glad I found someone that I can afford, who actually does a job of someone I can't afford- lol
