I'm stunned! I had no idea what consummate professionals these people are. I did not know that it takes education and training to fit people properly with glasses.I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years, and this is the first time I've been fitted properly with progressive lenses.I mentioned to my technician that with my old glasses. I kept having to take them on and off to see. She told me that if my glasses were fitted correctly that I should not have to keep removing my glasses. Spencer at The Decatur location was so helpful.. I wanted to go to an Eyeglass World closer to my home.. she called to make sure they had the Frames I needed and she sent me there with all of the extras I wanted for my new Glasses.? Spencer is the best thank you for assisting me it was much appreciated you’re an awesome employee and I hope they know how valuable you are to Eyeglass World.

It was my first visit to eyeglass world. All of the staff were so helpful and I had a fantastic experience with the optometrist. Dr. Kevin Wogalter has such positivity, patience, and thoroughness. His cheerful demeanor and attention to detail made my visit pleasant and comfortable.
