Incredibly responsive ! The team at Techcool installed a new AC system for us several years ago. They were professional, thorough and daily priced. The system has run perfectly since then. When an issue surfaced this week, the team at Techcool responded quickly. Explained the issue, how they were addressing it and by the end of the day - problem solved. It's tough to find service providers you can trust. Call them, you won't regret it.
I had a great experience with Techcool company, especially with technician Hector. He was very helpful, responsive, and professional. He quickly helped set up an appointment and came out promptly to complete the repair. He was responsible, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Their AC price is also very reasonable and competitive compared with other companies in the market.
I highly recommend this company and Hector for their excellent service, fair pricing, and professionalism!
Andres did a great job handling our issue. He was very thorough in looking into all the possibilities as to the source of the problem, then correctly narrowing it down to the actual issue. He was patient, very professional, and extremely helpful in taking time to provide us with information that we could use in troubleshooting a future problem. Highly recommend.
