We bought a reconditioned gas dryer a couple of weeks ago. We just moved to the area and funds were low so we needed to find something in budget. We bought a Whirlpool in good shape,works like a champ and delivery/hook up was included. 90day warranty and the price was right. Staff was nice and helpful. Thank you Buy Low Appliance.
Update: Since the initial attempt at delivery, the company did deliver the appliances and set them up. Everything works and have no complaints about the setup crew. He did mention that they tried to contact me via phone, but my phone logged no calls. I have changed my rating from a one to a three.
A washer was supposed to be delivered to my home this afternoon. The washer never arrived. I was able to contact the business after about an hour and was told that the delivery was rejected, but I've been home waiting for it to arrive. I don't understand businesses that lie to customers. I have bought several appliances from this store and have never been disappointed. The woman at the front (Sylvia) desk is delightful and the technicians are very knowledgeable.
