Michael responded quickly to my inquiry and I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. He was honest, which can sometimes be hard to find in this town, and really reasonable in price for the repair. Luckily, the fix for my dryer was simple. Again, he was completely transparent and I really appreciated that about him. I'll definitely be calling him whenever I need help and/or if any of my friends and family need someone to help fix an appliance. Thank you, Michael!

Mike did a great job repairing our Refrigerator. He responded to my initial phone call quickly. He listened to the details of the problem, asked me some questions and knew exactly what needed to be done. He got back to me the same day with a total cost, fair price and came the next day to do the work. He arrived in the time period we agreed upon and did the job for the agreed price.\nI recommend him highly and would use his services again. This repair occurred in October 2023.

We contacted AAA and the service was prompt and Michaels communication was excellent !! He fixed our washer and the price was very fair and affordable. Our ic maker was also broken and Michael went above and beyond coming out to our house around our schedule to find out the issue. And he did! And he even refunded our money for a part not needed and would not take any money for additional labor even after coming to our house on a Friday night and Saturday morning !
