Experience was very good. Super prompt. Couldn’t have asked for any better. Bashil I believe was the service tech. He was very very very thorough, explaining everything.Knew exactly what was wrong, went and got the parts for the refrigerator, came back and fix it immediately. I’ve used them before and it was the same experience.
