I made an appointment with Ryan the owner of ipsen construction. He was on time,polite, understanding of financial cost, very experienced and gave me a quote with in a few days.They did a full gut and remodel of my house. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, granite and a backsplash. Remodeled 2 bathrooms with new tile, granite with undermount sinks and shower glass doors. They started and finished in the givin time frame and there wasn't a ton of unexpected costs.

I want to thank Ryan and his team. The townhouse looks great. They had to deal with some issues that came up once the work began, but got them done and never said no to all my request. Be safe and Happy New Year. Thanks again for getting the townhouse back into shape.
