“I had a great experience with P&P Roofing. When our roof started leaking this summer they responded to my email within hours and Ben arrived to discuss options the next day. Other companies took days to respond and many didn't.We had been planning to replace the roof anyway and they were quick to respond with quotes and quote adjustments. They were not the cheapest quote we received but in the end we chose them because of the great communication and the positive interactions we had with Ben and Alberta.The installation was quick, and the crew who did it even trimmed some overhanging branches and cleaned our gutters while they were up there.After installation we noticed an exposed piece of wood and a screw that was sticking out near the door. When I emailed them about it one of the men who did the installation was there within hours and addressed all of our concerns.Shout out to Alberta for being extremely prompt with all communications and going above and beyond while processing the payment!Overall, wonderful people to work with.“

“I wanted to wait a few years before writing a review, because what do you know about quality after a week or two? We had our roof replaced by Bluenose Roofing about five years ago, in wintertime, and the quality of both product and service was amazing! Even a couple of small details that we were not happy about (nothing to do with roof; we had skylights replaced, and a subcontractor carpenter did a poor job) were handled respectfully, fast, and without extra hassle or charge. “Upper Sackville NS Roof shingles replaced on our 40 year old house, we were pleased with the job, very professional, great clean up. A few years down the road we got a leak where trees overhang the roof. We called Jim, & he brought in the shingle manufacturer to review. Shortly thereafter he replaced that portion of the roof including shingles & plywood at no cost to me. Roof is sound, On The Edge Roofing stands behind their warranty 100%, I will defanately call them for our next roof job.“

“From the very first contact with our sales rep, we met with professional, personable people who listened, advised and tried their best to give us what we asked for.Our roof isn't easy, with add-ons, dormers, valleys and steep planes. We were given a great survey of what to expect would be necessary to give us a strong, tight roof on our 130-year-old house frame.They were very responsive to every concern or request, to the extent that when we asked for a different layout of tiles, they happily sent down a senior project manager who understood what we wanted, agreed with our choice, and came back the next day to go up on the roof and show the crew exactly how to lay the metal shingles in the random pattern we wanted. They actually stripped and relaid a whole section of the roof without complaint and at no extra cost to us. Amazing!The quote we received was spot on and there were no horrible surprises with extra costs or unexpected additional work. The crew were equally professional, cheerful, polite and careful to clean up at the end of each day. They worked quickly and carefully, they followed a great schedule of early starts on time with zero no-shows or late arrivals, a reasonable lunch break, then more hard work in the afternoon until they finished their regular work day. We never needed to guess when they would arrive or how late they would stay, unlike our previous experience with another company.We have absolutely nothing bad to say about our whole experience. Our roof looks amazing. It's solid and good for decades, and aluminum won't rust (we're next to the ocean with savage winds).We can wholeheartedly recommend both Maritime Permanent Roofing and the product they use, Interlock Lifetime Roofing Systems.
