They did my parents roof and did a great job! Met the owner Norm when I was leaving one day and had a great chat with him. Very honest man doing honest work. Having worked for a different roofing company in the past, I know how greedy some can be. But Norm does very fair pricing and actually measures out your roof himself rather than relying on a drone. He also has his own crew and doesnt sub contract his work like a lot of other roofing companies do, so their quality is consistent every time. 10/10 recommend the company and 10/10 experience with the owner.
Our roof was overdue to be replaced and Hatchers was recommended by a few neighbors who had their roofs replaced by them. Norms estimate was quite a bit lower then others I had and Norm offered to stop by and patch up a small leak, free of charge while we were waiting to get the job done as they were booking a couple of months ahead . When a new small leak showed up in a different area of the roof they moved our job ahead and did the job in a day! We were away when it was done and everything was cleaned and looking amazing when we got home. Quick responses, very professional but also easy to talk to.
