I've had Precision Renovations do two projects for me and I highly recommend them. The first, involved troubleshooting a leak and installing windows. They were the only company, after years of trying. who were able to solve the issue and we've been leak free ever since (now 5 years ago). Phil is easy to talk to and explains what he is doing so customers are kept informed, he created a new patio door for us we love it, he made sure the details werent over looked
