This was a stressful and disappointing experience for us. We did our due diligence…watched the company shingle a roof in our neighbourhood and spoke with the owners; read the online reviews; spoke at length before signing the contract. We did question how successfully a roof could be shingled in October, but we were assured roofing is done all year round with no problems, and due to backlogs, that was as early as we could be done. To their credit, they started only slightly behind schedule and completed the job quickly. In February our shingles began blowing off. Precision Renovations do excellent work with excellent value. I have had Phil and workers doing jobs for many years. I highly recommend his team for quality, a clean finish, and fantastic customer service.
