Having worked for a different roofing company in the past, I know how greedy some can be. But Norm does very fair pricing and actually measures out your roof himself rather than relying on a drone. Asked for a quote on my mother’s house. Steve showed up next day, I was not there, looked at roof and talked to my mother. He was concerned about her, let’s say advanced years, and took the time to warn her that there are not so reputable roofers that may show up at her door that may see opportunity with a senior.
Anyway, got the quote in short order. He started the job when he says he would. Did a great job, cleaned up well and the cost was very fair.

“11 out of 10! The gutter on the front of my parents house detached and twisted while it hung off their house swinging about 20 feet or more back in February 2025. I called every number that popped up on Google. All the answers were mostly no we can’t help due to all the ice and wind. Or booking out 8-10 weeks until I called the last number (classic case of saving the best for last) and it was Classical Roofing and Siding ltd. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was so kind and reassuring even gave me some good advice. She said they would send somebody out the next day to look at it. Josiah came out to look at the house, said he would be able to do it in the next week or so but would be able to atleast secure the hanging part if needed. When they came after two weeks it was done before lunch! I can’t get up to see the quality, but the quality that I received in customer service was top-notch. They also took their time to show me exactly how poor the original house builder completed the roof originally. I had several problems over the years. Now I know why.
