“Had them in several times over the years for water issues. John was great on the first visit when we first moved in. Layer donald was out for some maintenance and RO replacement. Then recently Donald and Caleb were over to replace some parts on the softener. Then I was unsure about something two days later Caleb came right over to have a look at put out minds at ease. Never dissapointed when dealing with this company.

“Because I cut my kitchens' sink PVC he was not able to work on it right away but he gave me tips on how to fix it and even gave me a piece of PVC that I needed for the repairs. Left without charging a cent. True, he couldn't work on it but he didn't need to give me advice or parts needed to do the job. Great service, great guy! I just wish I wasn't so bad with names!“

“This is a little late But I kind of purposely did this It’s probably been a month or two since Jeff came and installed our new kitchen sink and repaired some old caulking on our existing bathtub I wanted to wait to make sure everything was still as great as the day he did it before I wrote a review He definitely exceeded our standards! “We recently had a radon mitigation system installed by Accent. Technicians Brian and Tim did an excellent job. They arrived on time, completed the job professionally, cleaned up after their work and were great to deal with from the initial estimate to completion of the job. Our radon levels have dropped to 5 percent of what they were before. We will definitely use Accent again if the need arises.“

“Back in July James had his team come and install a new pump. Fast forward to today Jan.15th , 2025. I noticed my clean out in the mechanical room was high of water and the pump was not working as tested by myself.
