We had some flooding in our basement and we had another company out first who quoted us that we would need a full sump pump. James came out and within 2 minutes found out that we were just missing an end cap off of a pipe that had been too small and broke off. Then he then also texted me the supplies that I would need in order to fix the problem for under $15 myself. Stellar service and he saved us thousands and thousands of dollars
I just had a consultation about my foundation, I'm not sure who with. he was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, even though the work I need done (if any), can't be done by the company.
