WiseCracks was fantastic to work with. Communication was clear, and the quote and the work were completed soon after my initial call. The contractors were great too. They explained their process and materials, and cleaned up well before they left.
Would definitely recommend this business.
The squirrel whose nest they found in one of the cracks, would not.
We had some flooding in our basement and we had another company out first who quoted us that we would need a full sump pump. James came out and within 2 minutes found out that we were just missing an end cap off of a pipe that had been too small and broke off. Then he then also texted me the supplies that I would need in order to fix the problem for under $15 myself. Stellar service and he saved us thousands and thousands of dollars
I just had a consultation about my foundation, I'm not sure who with. he was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, even though the work I need done (if any), can't be done by the company. I really love people like that, not trying to make a sale, just being honest. I feel a lot better now. thank you thank you!
