“I have been coming to Synergy for a few years and have done work with Jalisa (who is incredible) for regular and pelvic health physio and the pelvic pain class. I highly recommend. I also take the Pilates classes, and I am obsessed with springboards! They are an amazing challenge, similar to reformer Pilates but much more affordable and taught by physical therapists that know your unique body and injuries and bring loads of experience. “I was experiencing shoulder pain while warming up for my badminton matches, so I went to Lifemark at the Canada Games Centre. I was treated by Drashti Parikh (PT Resident, MPT, BPT), who gave me a targeted sequence of exercises. The pain disappeared completely and never came back during my training.

A few months later, I started feeling a different type of shoulder pain while cycling for more than an hour. I returned to the clinic and saw Drashti again. She provided another set of exercises, and the pain is gradually improving.

I am very grateful to this clinic and to Drashti for their care and professionalism. The service has been excellent, and I highly recommend them.“
