    Highly recommend Charles (Chuck) Dauphinee for your chiropractic needs. He is excellent in his craft. As an accountant, working at a desk all day, my neck/shoulders/back would get very tense and extremely painful. He was able to get rid of all the pain. Now retired, and physically active I periodically get treatment from him and it is a game changer.

    I was experiencing shoulder pain while warming up for my badminton matches, so I went to Lifemark at the Canada Games Centre. I was treated by Drashti Parikh (PT Resident, MPT, BPT), who gave me a targeted sequence of exercises. The pain disappeared completely and never came back during my training.

    A few months later, I started feeling a different type of shoulder pain while cycling for more than an hour. I returned to the clinic and saw Drashti again. She provided another set of exercises, and the pain is gradually improving.
