Not only was this my first visit with Nadine, but it was my first experience with osteopathy. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. I have chronic pain in my lower back and I was afraid how much this might hurt me. Nadine sat and we talked about everything. She asked questions very easy to talk to, and she put my mind at ease as to the pain in my back. I brought a friend with me who couldn’t believe the change in my posture just from the first session needless to say I have booked again next week.
I saw Cassy for the first time today. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explained everything well. She gave me clear instructions how what to do on my own for the next week. I'm very satisfied and look forward to my next appointment to see what progress was made.
Carter was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix my shoulder issue by the end of the in-process. Carter assigned me 4 exercises to fix my issue. Exercises I can easily do at home and gave me the exercise bands to perform them. Thank you Carter.
