I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to all of you for the exceptional care and compassion you showed me during a time of need. After a difficult week of visiting the ER, calling multiple walk-in clinics, and being abruptly dismissed from Maple/NS virtual care three times without even speaking to a doctor, I was feeling utterly defeated. I had never experienced such a frustrating and isolating situation in seeking medical help. However, everything changed when I walked into the Family Focus Clinic.
Tonya, your kind and patient guidance immediately made me feel supported and reassured. Wanda, your warmth and efficiency in managing the details made a world of difference, and Dr. Diaz, your compassion and attentiveness in addressing my needs were nothing short of extraordinary. You not only provided the prescription I had been seeking but also offered something even more profound: a sense of care and humanity. Together, you transformed a situation that had felt so insurmountable into one of relief and resolution.
This past holiday season was my first time away from my family, which made the experience all the more challenging. Yet, your empathy and dedication to patient care made me feel the least far from home that I could have.
