Family Focus Medical Clinics provides attentive care with doctors who listen and offer great recommendations. Patients appreciate the good care received over the years. However, the clinic can improve by providing a more comfortable waiting area, particularly for elderly patients who may have to wait outside for extended periods.
Website says 11am.. door says 12pm. Come back at 11:40 sign says 1pm.... what!! .. went from 1 star to 5..... the dr was an older man so sweet and so kind in for an ear infection .. hes like you have a sinus infection too... its true I have been having sinus issues for years..
To be honest….the staff is excellent is here…A lady on the front desk ( don’t know her name) but she’s on the very starting is very nice. On top of that doctor is also a great guy..
This clinic is the most well-organised and efficient walk-in I have ever visited. There is a sign up sheet outside the door. You put your name down before they open or during the lunch break and come back at the specified time to get your number and wait. I was 11th in line and they saw me in just over an hour. The front desk even renewed my health card for me on the spot!
