The clinic is clean and organised, reception staff is polite and attentive. This was our meet and greet with Dr. Muresan - he was amazing, he listened and explained everything in simple terms. For the first time it felt like we are genuinely meeting our family doctor, and he cared for our health and wellbeing. He is professional and warm and empathetic!
I’m writing this reviews at 3:30pm to make the point that your phone lines almost always close early. They’re closed 12pm-1:30pm for lunch and it appears they turn of their phone shortly after 3pm. It means your window of opportunity to reach them is brief- which is already challenging enough for those who are at work. Please be a little more considerate with availability. Beyond that the doctors are good here.
Repeatedly likes to hang up on people without taking the phone call, after waiting on the phone for several minutes.
Note: nurses remember to be professional and keep your opinions to yourself, also ive noticed the behavior
and already tested you and you failed.
-how you raise your kids is not a professional stand point and try not to give out anymore false/incorrect information like ive already gotten.
Over with being bullied/disrespect by grown adults in the medical field, stop talking to people like their stupid thats a sure way to find yourself replaced so make sure to check yourself.
