The doctors are noted as refreshingly non-interventionist, great listeners, well up to date with the latest developments, and genuinely invested in patient care. They listen to health concerns, take steps toward diagnosis and treatment, and provide the best and proper care with professionalism and empathy. Patients report positive experiences, with reasonable appointment times, uncrowded waiting rooms, and minimal wait times beyond the scheduled appointment. While it can sometimes be difficult to make an appointment inside five days, short notice walk-in visits have also been possible. The reception staff are described as lovely, and while they face high demands, recent reviews note no issues with them. The clinic is highly recommended, with patients expressing hope that all doctors and clinics could be like this one.
Had a phone appointment at 8:30 AM today, covered what needed to be covered and requested a dr note in writing to be emailed to me that day as it was urgent. Called back twice after my appointment to be told they were “sending it over now” and never received the email. It is 3:03 PM when I’m writing this and still have yet to receive it.
Repeatedly likes to hang up on people without taking the phone call, after waiting on the phone for several minutes.
Note: nurses remember to be professional and keep your opinions to yourself, also ive noticed the behavior
and already tested you and you failed.
-how you raise your kids is not a professional stand point and try not to give out anymore false/incorrect information like ive already gotten.
Over with being bullied/disrespect by grown adults in the medical field, stop talking to people like their stupid thats a sure way to find yourself replaced so make sure to check yourself.

My elderly mother is a new patient to this clinic (Ravines Bedford). I have been accompanying her to most of her appointments with her new doctor, Dr. Joel Muresan. He is absolutely wonderful! Like most Nova Scotians, we have been subject to less than stellar medical care over the years. Dr. Muresan has listened to my mother explain her health issues, is taking the steps to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment plan. He is kind and efficient, and genuinely seems to enjoy being a doctor. This is so refreshing! We cannot say enough good about him.
