Excellent nurse practitioner in Alex Biskup. Management is disrespectful and tone deaf to the needs of ordinary people. They turn off their phone during lunch hour. I’ve taken this up with their practice manager but she won’t change that policy though she admits people complain about it. Voice mail tells you to go to emergency. That might be why they’re overcrowded and closed.

On my 2nd Doctor here and the Docs are FANTATIC. The admin staff though could work on their customer service skills though. They had to reschedule 2 of my apps. One time I was already there, and it was extremely unnecessary. As they phoned me the day prior asking prep questions, and could have determined we weren't able to have the app at that time, rather than have me come in for the app. So they rescheduled that app, and then had to cancel the next one they rescheduled! Not able to get in now for another month. Considering, been putting off going to doc due to Covid, and now have to wait basically 2 months to get checked, is extremely stressful. The ones on the phoning booking the app (one time was the nurse i spoke with), have absolutely no empathy, to the additional stress it causes to keep rebooking appointments! That is all that would be nice, if they at least took responsibility for the added anxiety and stress they are causing....
Well, google is asking me to review Clayton Park walk- in medical center, so here it is.
It was around 3 years or possibly more since I was there, and to be honest I'm not sure if it is still a walk in clinic, or if you have to book first. A phone call to them would likely get you that information.
It was a nice clinic when I was there, the doctor was great and reception was great also.
Parking was pretty good as well and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed.
