When we first met with Monk Renovations, our whole-home renovation was still just an idea we were considering. From that very first conversation to the final finishing touches, they were exceptional to work with.
Michael, our project manager, was approachable, understanding, and always quick to answer our questions. Alexandra was wonderful to work with as we finalized the plans, measurements, and finishes. Monk did a great job with our en-suite bathroom renovation. Their team was great and we're very pleased with the outcome. I'd highly recommend them for renovation work.
We had Monk renovate our bathroom and kitchen, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. It is clear they want to produce a good quality and good looking finished product. Little details were never missed, and almost every time there was something that was done not to their liking, they redid it before I even noticed so it was as perfect as they could get it. I never once felt the need to be in my house over their shoulder or inspecting their work as it was always better than I had anticipated.
