Working with Vintage was an amazing experience largely thanks to one sales rep - Jordan Whitehouse. His customer service and attention to detail was unbeatable. He truly made us feel taken care of, he was quick to respond to any questions and also ready to provide any recommendations. I am sure all the staff at Vintage is experienced and knowledgeable but if you go in, I recommend dealing with Jordan.

Highly recommended! The entire team is just amazing! Greg in the showroom spent nearly an hour with me showing me around and discussing different colors and possibilities for my floor! The sanding and refinishing staff; Darrell, Brandon, Ed and Barry were very friendly, efficient and extremely professional! A big bonus, sanding was almost dustless and the floor was finished in only two days! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much Vintage Flooring!

A great customer service. The owner Darrell is a super nice gentle man and gave us many good advice on how to fix the damage on the hardwood floor. He even gave us some oil to help us repair. We have decided to replace the tiles instead. Their show room has many choices and is worth visiting there to check out.
