The atmosphere was excellent - I had a coffee in my hand within one minute of walking in the door and they passed out sample moisturizers while I was there! Highly recommend!

Vintage Hardwood flooring just completed refinishing my 50 year old hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, halls & the parquet at my side entrance. I had my doubts that the hardwood floors in the home I bought 4 years ago could be refinished- but the owner Darrell Cooke assured me they could be refinished and suggested a Natural finish (no stain). The estimate was very reasonable! I have nothing but good things to say about Darrell & the refinishing crew. The refinishing was completed in three days, the crew always arrived on time, were friendly, courteous & hard working (Darrell reached out to me the day after job completed to make sure I was happy with the completed work). I was always informed what would be completed on the day & what to expect the next day. I would definitely recommend Vintage Hardwood flooring to anyone considering having their floors refinished. The finished product exceeded my expectations- my floors are beautiful! (Some before & after pics)

Love this place, people are super friendly, beds are always clean, establishment is clean and bathrooms are great. The only reason it is a 4 star and not a 5 is because of the hours of operation, they are not necessarily the most convenient for me, but they could be perfect for someone else!

At first, I had a bad experience with my rug, but the team reached out to me and explained that there had been a misunderstanding. They offered a free rewash as well as a refund for the first cleaning. When I received my rug again, the difference was clear. I appreciate the team’s support and understanding.
