I was really happy with the service the first time I was there for a wheel alignment and tire change over last month. They were able to book me in quickly. I returned last week for an oil change and overall servicing and they are so great to deal with. Jameson is always helpful. Adrian the manager was really knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing Service! I work for a dealership in Halifax and recently we had drivers travelling to Cape Breton in one of our cars to pick up a car we had purchased at auction and bring it back to Halifax.
On the way there, they hit a pothole on the highway and blew a tire. The guys at Andy's not only found a used tire for them quickly to get back on the road and continue their long drive, but they would accept a small install fee.
This saved us from having a dealership car towed back to Halifax ,and also allowed the drivers to make it to Cape Breton and pick up the sold vehicle they were going to get. Great customer service and helped us out so much!
I called about how I test my well water. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and explained the process in detail. He was able to answer all my questions and had all the time in the world for me. Seems like a great small business.

Amazing service! My family was travelling through Antigonish on our way home, after a full day of travelling, when we started to have car trouble. It was after 4:00 and Sullivan’s was the first garage we came across. The nicest mechanics said they would do what they could to find the problem but were unsure if it could be fixed today. They went out of their way to help us even when it was pretty close to closing time. They found the problem, fixed it, and we were back on the road within 45 minutes! These guys were extremely kind and friendly! Service was quick and they knew what they were doing! I can’t say enough about the service we received! Highly recommend!!

I heard about how amazing Joanie is with hair, and when I was finally able to get in for an appointment I discovered that she really is that talented. My hair, (which was completely fried from trying to do it myself during covid shutdowns), looked and felt a thousand times better when I walked out. Every time I go to see Kate, my hair turns out beautifully. Truly professional service, a call to verify my appointment, great products used on the hair and most of all, the latest techniques used to cut my hair. What impressed me alot is usually I get a base color and highlights but this time, I was advised not to get highlights because it would probably damage my hair. That tells me that making money isn't the aim but quality of service. I appreciate that.
We recently purchased an Escape with the assistance of Derek Stone. He is very professional and went above and beyond while we were there. It was very busy the day we arrived and spent a few hours waiting for paperwork to be completed. One thing that should be changed is the music in the main area. You need something peppier or even a radio station playing. Symphony music just doesn’t cut it!!! Overall our experience was excellent. From your receptionist, service dept, finance dept and Derek we will definitely recommend Keltic motors to friends and family.
Best business experience of any kind - the thing i miss most since I moved away is bringing in my tax data IN PERSON. I am sure Linda does all the great work - Ron hides in the back office from 6 am ( no interference) to well past close . Both are dedicated, professional and Knowledgeable and loves their jobs. Would that the world had more of such.

I was happy to get a Family Doctor about 1 year after being placed on the wait list. I have had a good experience at this clinic so far. I haven’t had issues getting appointments. Dr. Osemwegie is punctual and seems to have a good grasp on the health concerns I’ve gone to her with. She asks good questions and gives good feedback and I don’t feel rushed or judged.

3000km away from home, and I had trouble with one wheel on my trailer. I noticed a grease leak and was worried if it's a ball bearing issue. After calling God knows how many service places, OK Tire agreed to take my trailer in. Dropped it off at about noon, It was just the rubber cap that broke and caused the leak. I was on the road again around 2 pm. Definitely recommend this place.
Found exactly what I was looking for in this pleasant little shop. A real pick me up just to walk inside.
Went for wheel alignment and got the car back with a very slight offset in the steering wheel. Owner is a bit gruff but gladly corrected the problem . No issues since so 4 star seems appropriate.
