This was my first time going to Vivid and I had Annik for a stylist. It was a fantastic experience all the way through. Although Annik was running a bit late with the client she had before me, the receptionist made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted any tea/coffee/water while I waited, and apologized several times for the wait. I understand this can be a source of stress or frustration for some, but I didn't mind waiting, so no harm no foul. Appt made and reminded on line email and txt. Clean, staff.polite.and helpful more once get my trim or cut! Easy find as face bldg go in right hand door near the Canada service center entry.

If you want to look and feel like a member of the royal family, go here.In short (b/c this is obviously not a short review.lol) I seriously had the BEST haircut of my life the other day at this location. Furthermore, they were so professional and on top of the COVID-protocols game, but with class. *insert a royal tea cup here* For example, they had these cute little well organized COVID-19 bins set up outside their main doors prior to even going in! And not only that, you feel safe as heck from the COVID19 drama and trauma the whole time you're at Vivid.
