It has been a few months, but we wanted to share and let anyone road traveling in Nova Scotia, this Kal tire had the best service of any place we have ever been through. Kal Tire Antigonish and every employee there Met our needs as American tourists and as RV tourists. Thanks for everything!
Had a great experience at Kal Tire, especially because of Shan. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service and options. It’s always nice to deal with someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customers. Great service overall, and I really appreciate Shan’s help.
These guys are something rare to find!
We run a small car rental operation out of Toronto, Ontario and one of our cars had an urgent need of a tire change on a late Saturday evening.
Even though it was almost closing time and they didn’t have our size in stock, they waited until we got tires from a different place( that couldn’t do installation ) and did the installation and balancing absolutely free of charge. It got us moving and literally saved our trip. Highly recommend this place
