Service was above and beyond.
Matthew was amazing. So kind and patient, and made time to make sure our car was road ready for the long trip back to Ontario.
I can’t say enough about the service and kindness we received.
I absolutely would recommend Matthew and this business, 100 per cent.
I am always pleased with my car experiences at Henry's NAPA. I find them all so friendly and helpful which eases my fear of the work being done. They have such a professional approach yet it feels like a personal and friendly one that makes the waiting for the job to be done easy and with confidence. I received this treatment and viewed the same treatment with other customers as I am sitting and waiting.
We are always in good hands with the team at Henry’s Service Center. Their top notch service is the reason we continue to work with them to maintain our fleet of vehicles as they have always treated us with respect and took the time to point out our repairs and provide us with a detailed breakdown of the cost associated with each repair, now that is company that we like having look after our investments. Thanks for working with us guys and we highly recommend your professionalism.
Kind Regards,
Christopher Smith
