I called Al at 6:30AM and he told me he would be there at 8AM. He showed up at 7:30AM and got right to work on the problem. He was able to snake the line through our clean outs and had this issue solved in minutes. He than educated us on preventative care and we set up a plan to ensure that our older home does not have issues. To say that Al was a life saver today would be an understatement. Al is very personable and kind, ladies you can feel safe calling. Al to your home he is a true gentleman. We will be sticking with Al for our plumbing needs and so will the rest of our family. I have called Al a few different times over the past year and he always comes immediately to check what’s happening and fix it. Discovered the cause of the problem quickly and was able to fix it. Al exceeded my expectations in timeliness, professionalism, and expertise. Just three hours before a flight, I discovered sewage backing up into my tubs and toilets. He arrived immediately, cleared the blockage enough to restore drainage, and correctly diagnosed that the fiber optic company had damaged my sewer line. He even contacted them to ensure they came out that same day.
Thanks to Al, we made our flight to see our son. I’m very grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.
