“Jovan is such a joy. She did an incredible job with my girls' first haircuts. They were a little nervous and she was wonderful at making the experience fun and exciting. I absolutely love my new haircut also! We all left feeling so pampered and beautiful. I highly recommend Jovan for her skill, professionalism, and cleanliness.”
