Pearl Mechanical LLC has received mixed feedback from customers. One long-time customer was very disappointed after the company took a large contract with Home Depot. A week before a scheduled tune-up and condenser cleaning, they were told Pearl would not return because they had enough commercial work. This customer later hired a contractor through Home Depot, who discovered a micro refrigerant leak caused by a poor weld from Pearl’s original installation, which had been slowly leaking for three years. They felt the job was amateur and the treatment was unfair. However, other customers have had positive experiences. One person was referred by long-time customers and received same-day heater service that was outstanding with a fair price, highly recommending Pearl for future needs. Another customer praised Rubin for taking care of their home for three years, describing him as very nice, pleasant, and trustworthy with fast work. A long-term customer of three years for home and rental properties expressed great satisfaction with Reuben, who is kind, caring, and explains each step. They appreciate that Pearl offers bundling, comparable pricing, explains issues without pressure, is kind and courteous, guarantees their work, and fixes issues when big brands could not.
I i really like this company until recently. When they took a big contract with Home Depot and a week before I called them back to schedule. They had told me they were not going to come back. Come out and do my tune up and clean the condenser. Because they have enough work to do. Was referred by long time customers. They came to fix my heater same day I called, service was outstanding, price fair. Highly recommended, and I'll be using them for all my future ac/ heating needs
We have been using Pearl for 3 years now, using their services for home and rental properties. Cannot express enough how pleased we are with their service. Reuben has been our tech several times now and he is so kind and caring. He makes sure to go through each step he completed and gives details so I can understand what was done. Always answers questions. Our houses are older and have incurred some need for replacement. Pearl has always encouraged us to shop around and never pressured us into using their services. We do end up using them (venting replacement). Some key things we like about Pearl.
