Today, their HVAC tech did an inspection and servicing, plumber replaced main water cutoff valve and water heater valve. Last spring, I had their plumber inspect my water heater and their electricians replaced several indoor and outdoor light fixtures. They all arrived on time, knew what they were doing, kept me informed as they were working. Friendly and efficient, made sure everything was working and put back in place when they were done. Reasonable price. Next time I need maintenance or service, I'm going to call Academy again.
Repair of furnace, burner not coming on only the fan. Santiago and Mateo were knowledgeable and professional. They fixed the issue, stayed to make sure the system came to temperature. They checked all the vents and finally set my desired default house temp. They were also great with my dogs!
This business really knows how to make customers happy! Just had my AC motor replaced in less than 24 hours. The guy that helped me from the phone call, ordering the exact part I needed, and also came to fix the unit was Derek. Such a great person, you can tell he really wanted to help, and took his job to the next level! I will be a lifetime customer from hear on out! I will say you're in amazing hands with this company.
